Internal regulations of the Tortorella Inn Family Resort
The Reception observes the following opening hours:
from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 20:00.
There is no night concierge service.
The reservation will beconfirmed only upon receipt of a confirmed deposit span>irmatoria, by by bank transfer or credit card, of at least 30%of the stay to be paid within 3 days from the booking date.
If the deposit is notpaid within 3 days, the reservation is automatically canceled without the needàof reminder or notice.
The assignment of the housing unit is made according to availabilityà and any preferences will be satisfied within the limits of possibilityible.
The request for a particular apartment (number, floor, orientation, etc.) verrà taken into consideration by'act of the reservation, but the Management, in case of needessità, reserves the right to replace of 'apartment agreed with one having similar characteristics and services.
We also inform our kind customers that the authorized personnel of the Residence canò enter the apartments for any repairsi or maintenance even in your absence .
The apartment is made available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Key collection is expected during reception opening hours; if the customer finds himself unable to arrive by 7.00 pm on the day of arrival, he is required to inform the Residence staff in good time.
If the customer does not arrive on the scheduled day but, for his own reasons, postpones his arrival and in the case of early departure, no reductions or refunds will be provided. In case of failure to notify, the keys will be delivered the following day.
If the same, without notice, does not occupy the booked accommodation by the following day, he/she will be considered to have renounced and cancellation penalties will be applied.
CHECK-IN formalities:
- delivery of valid identity documents of all the people who will occupy the apartment.
-payment of the DEPOSIT OF €100 in cash, refundable at the end of the stay except for damages and shortages after checking the accommodation.
- balance of the stay which must be paid upon arrival by cash, bank draft, credit card or debit card.
- handover of keys. The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Departure must take place during the opening hours of the Reception in order to allow the staff to check the maintenance status. For departures outside the opening hours of our office, please arrange the inspection of the accommodation and the collection of the keys the previous day.
CHECK-OUT formalities:
-delivery of the keys, payment of the tourist tax and any extras that may occur during the stay.
Late check-out: €30.00 based on availability of the facility, includes use of the swimming pool until 1pm.
For cancellations received within 30 days before scheduled arrival: full refund; from the 29th to the 15th day before the arrival date: full refund, from the 14th day before the arrival date: no refund with the possibility of changing the period in the current year.
The Management is relieved of any responsibility for any missing personal effects and valuables or money kept in the rented accommodation.
All apartments are equipped with a safe, the Management is not responsible for failure to use it.
It is mandatory to respect the rest time slot, from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm and from 12.00 am to 8.00 am the following day.
During rest hours it is forbidden to make loud noises, keep the TV volume too high, swim in the pool during the hours when it is closed and cause disturbance to those who wish to rest.
Parents must supervise their children to ensure that rest times are observed. The customer is required to comply with the internal regulations and undertakes to return the apartment in the same condition in which it was delivered.
It is absolutely forbidden to move furniture from its position inside the apartment.
The Tortorella Inn Resort Residence reserves the right to contact the customer even after his departure (at the latest within 12 hours of departure) in the event that he finds any breakages, damages, missing tools, communication of which is mandatory.
It is absolutely forbidden to throw waste of any kind outside the designated areas located within the car park.
Prices are per apartment, in compliance with the bed spaces indicated. The arrival of a greater number of people than the one booked or greater than the capacity of the booked apartment - including children of any age - will result in the cancellation of the reservation with the loss of the stay and the deposit.
It is possible to request a travel cot for children up to 3 years of age at the time of booking for €50 per week.
Relatives, friends and visitors will be able to access the Residence structure only after authorization from the Management and in any case they will not be able to stay overnight inside it and use the swimming pool and/or shuttle.
The swimming pool is open every day at the following times: 09:00-13:00 – 15:00-19:00
Outside the swimming pool opening hours it is forbidden to swim, but sunbathing is permitted respecting the silence hours.
Running around the pool and diving is prohibited.
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to swim in the pool at night.
The use of the swimming pool is reserved only for guests of the Residence.
The use of the swimming pool by minors is always permitted in the presence of an adult.
Animals, for hygienic reasons, cannot access the swimming pool.
A convenient shuttle service is at your disposal that will take you from the Resort to the Marconi lido (a partner beach establishment) in Tortoreto lido.
This service is free for bookings made directly from our website (excluding the month of August).
The rate for the shuttle has a weekly cost of €. 20.00 per person which includes 1 outward and 1 return trip per day. Two outward journeys and 2 daily returns €. 30.00 per week per person.
There are 2 9-seater shuttles available so the service must be booked the previous day via WhatsApp on tel. 340 4033735 or directly at the Resort reception.
The morning hours are:
descent 08:00 - 08:30 - 09:00 - 09:30 -10:00
ascent 12:00 - 12:30 - 13:00
The afternoon hours are:
descent 15:00 - 15:30 - 16:00
ascent 18:00 - 18:30 - 19:00
The shuttle connects the Residence to the partner beach establishment.
Kind guests are advised, out of respect for other people, not to sit on the shuttle seats with a wet swimsuit; the driver has the authorization to deny transport to anyone who does not comply with this good rule.
Small pets (max 10 kg) are allowed in the facility upon payment of a supplement.
Dogs must in any case be kept on a leash and cannot access the swimming pool, shuttle and beach for any reason, unless agreements are made with the management.
All owners are asked to clean up where they litter and are responsible for any damage caused by them.
The owner is responsible for damages in the accommodation and property.
Only one parking space is guaranteed for each apartment.
Guests are advised to park within the assigned spaces and not to obstruct the passage.
Kind guests are asked not to park on the street in front of the entrance except for the arrival, loading and unloading of luggage.
We decline all responsibility for any damage to cars in the car park.
- AIR CONDITIONING: not present in all accommodations, must be requested exclusively at the time of booking (cost €50 per week)
- CAMPING COT: available on request €50.00 per week.
- TRANSFER: from/to the Tortoreto Lido, Alba Adriatica and Giulianova stations, free to request at the time of booking
- FINAL CLEANING Upon departure, the apartment must be left tidy, free of waste, the refrigerator empty and the dishes washed, as they are not included in the final cleaning costs. Under penalty of being charged €30.00 for cleaning the kitchenette.
- Use of the POOL
- SHUTTLE to/from the beach from June to September 13th only for direct bookings (for a fee in August)
- BEACH SERVICE: 1 umbrella + 2 deckchairs for each two- or three-room apartment on a partner equipped beach
- COIN OPERATED WASHING MACHINE for common use, free use of the iron and ironing board
- Covered internal PARKING (for a fee while supplies last) and additional UNATTENDED fenced external parking
- Electricity, Water and GAS Consumption
- Free Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the entire structure. N.B.: the services indicated as included in the price (beach service, shuttle, swimming pool) cannot be deducted from the amount of the stay if the customer decides not to use them.
